Follow along as we breakdown each of the 4 title fights for this Saturday night, and make sure to tune in on FITE so you don’t miss out on any of the action!

Darrius Jackson vs. Braxton King – Featherweight Title Fight
First up we’ve got Darrius Jackson taking on Braxton King for the GCMMA Featherweight title. Jackson is 6-3, and he’s riding an impressive 4-fight win streak. Jackson wanted to turn pro for this card (and by the looks of his record, he’s more than ready), however his opponent dropped out, so he decided to fight as an amateur one last time. And, he has his work cut out for him in facing Braxton King. King is 3-0 (with 3 finishes), and he’s an absolute stud. King is highly-touted as one of the most promising up-and-comers from the region, and a win over Darrius Jackson would put the entire Gulf Coast on notice.
Gage Gill vs. Austin Soileau – Bantamweight Title Fight
135’ers are next as Gage Gill faces Austin Soileau for GCMMA amateur Bantamweight gold. Gage Gill is 1-0, and he’s coming off of a phenomenal first-round finish of Anthony Molson for GCMMA back in December of last year. At 2-2, Austin Soileau has the edge in experience. And, like Gage Gill, Soileau is coming off of a win over Anthony Molson.

David Gordon vs. Emanuel Harris – Lightweight Title Fight
In the co-main event, undefeated David Gordon faces Emanuel Harris. Gordon is 3-0, and he’s coming off of a huge win over NKI’s Travis Chitwood back on August 1st. Gordon is currently the #7 ranked amateur Lightweight in Mississippi, and he looks to continue his momentum Saturday night. Alabama’s Emanuel Harris is 4-1, and his last 2 fights were wins over tough opponents in Slade Primeaux and Elijah Brantley. He’s the #6 Welterweight in both Mississippi and Alabama, so it looks like he’ll be dropping down 15 lbs. for this one.

Jonathan Eiland vs. Brandon Davis – Professional Bantamweight Title Fight
In the main event, Brandon “KillerB” Davis makes his case for a UFC return as he takes on undefeated “The Don” Jon Eiland. Brandon Davis enjoyed a 7-fight stint with the UFC after making his way there VIA the Contender Series. Before his release, Davis went 2-5 with the UFC, but he fought as tough a list of competitors as they come, including Zabit Magomedsharipov and Giga Chikadze. Davis is 1-0 on his climb back to the promotion, with a win over Brad Kelly at GCMMA6 back in September. Ranked #4 in the state of Louisiana, Jonathan Eiland is 4-0 as a professional, and he’s on a 9-fight win streak (including amateur) dating back to 2016. Even though Eiland is currently training out of New Orleans, LA, he is originally from Hattiesburg, and this fight will be a grand homecoming for the undefeated professional. Eiland has big wins over NKI’s Brandon McMahan and Gladiators’ Abe Sellers, and a win over a fighter formerly on the UFC roster could help propel him to the short list for Dana White’s Contender Series.
